The client ran a growing team out of World Trade Center, Kharadi, one of Pune's best-known commercial addresses. They needed an office that could hold a large team without feeling crowded, look good to visitors, and get built on a tight schedule while the owner was often away.

We planned long runs of linear workstations along the glass facade so the whole floor gets daylight. Cabins and meeting rooms sit deeper inside the plan, and a warm wood-lined corridor connects the two. The palette is mostly white with green accent panels, and that calm base lets the team and the brand stand out.

The studio coordinated every trade on site from the puja day to handover. The client later told us on camera that the work was well coordinated and finished to a high standard, even with him away.
