The story
- Layered box-frame facade
- Planter balconies on every floor
- Rooftop pergola terraces
- Light- and ventilation-led planning
On a tight urban plot in Wagholi, we designed twin row houses that share a strong identity and still read as two distinct homes.
Each facade is made of layered boxes: deep grey window frames that shade the glazing, warm timber-finish panels and white render. Planter balconies soften every level, and rooftop pergolas mark the skyline.
Planning focused on cross-ventilation, natural light and parking at ground level.
